Since signing an exclusive agency agreement with ThyssenKrupp Group on October 1st, 2014, and becoming the authorized general distributor of XAR wear-resistant steel plates in China, the company's wear-resistant steel team has been committed to providing the most comprehensive and reliable wear-resistant solutions for various fields in China.
Wide applications
ThyssenKrupp's XAR400, XAR450, XAR500 series products have been widely used in industries with severe wear, such as mining, cement, mechanical heavy industry, and thermal power generation in China. The company's advanced management methods and customer-oriented service philosophy, coupled with the good reputation of ThyssenKrupp Group's world top 100 and the meticulous and rigorous German products, have gained recognition and unanimous praise from people from all walks of life in the Chinese market. In recent years, the sales volume of XAR wear-resistant steel in the market has been expanding at a rate of doubling every year.
Strategic cooperation
In order to meet the demand for wear-resistant steel in the domestic market and provide diversified product choices for customers, the company has reached strategic cooperation agreements with Germany's Shashida Group and Belgium's Krabeke Group from 2021 to 2022, becoming the authorized general agent of Isenburg Steel Plant BRINAR wear-resistant steel series and Krabeke Steel Plant QUARD wear-resistant steel series in China. At present, the stock of wear-resistant steel in the Shanghai warehouse is maintained at around 6,000-8,000 tons, while the inventory of in transit and reserve spot is as high as 8,000-10,000 tons. The company will further increase the domestic spot storage capacity in a targeted manner in the future to maximize the supply cycle.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Shanghai Canhu industry provides wear steel plates imported originally from Europe and anti-counterfeiting stamping on the top of every single plate, with a full set of certificates of origin, import declaration and corresponding test certification.
Quality Control Procedures
We sample the plate from one same furnace batch before any shipment acceptance by the warehouse. The key parameters include the size, hardness, and so on. At the same time, if our customer has any dispute in quality, we will cut off the sample piece to the globally renowned testing organization, like TUV Germany, for the full-scale inspection, and issue the report of authority to secure the customer.
